Coronavirus Watch: McDonald's orders up face masks

The restaurant chain is the latest to require customers to wear masks or face coverings when entering restaurants starting Aug. 1.

- Paying rent: 24 million Americans say they have little to no chance of being able to pay next month’s rent, according to a U.S. Census Bureau survey. And a disproportionate share of those in danger come from Black and Hispanic households.
- CDC guidelines for schools: Wear masks, wash hands, don't touch. The new guidelines were unveiled Thursday.
- Forget the 2 weeks: The CDC now advises people who have mild to moderate COVID-19 must isolate for only 10 days after their symptoms begin, a change from the previous 14-day guidance.
- America is indeed in favor of masks: A new poll finds that 3 out of 4 Americans support wearing face coverings in public.
