Coronavirus Watch: The latest on Trump's health and when he could be discharged

President Donald Trump's health has continued to improve since he was taken to a hospital for COVID-19 symptoms, White House physician Sean Conley said Sunday.

Conley also said Trump had a "high fever" on Friday, as well as dips in oxygen levels on Friday and Saturday. He has received various forms of treatment, including supplemental oxygen and the steroid dexamethasone, and is in the midst of a five-day course of remdesivir, he said. However, specific questions on Trump's status still remain.

Trump has been receiving medical attention at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center since Friday, but Conley said he could be discharged as soon as Monday if the president "continues to look and feel as well as he does today." He would then continue his treatment course at the White House, Conley said.
