I love a good life hack from TikTok, be it a cleaning technique, meal prep tip or relationship advice. But medical experts are warning against taking sexual health tips from random social media users.

Hi, it's Hannah Yasharoff, wellness and celebrity culture reporter for Paste BN. This week, I talked to experts about some of the most popular tips spread on TikTok claiming to boost sex lives.

Spoiler alert: They're mostly bogus.

Consuming caffeine doesn't make orgasms more intense and taking slippery elm bark won't do much for your sex life either. But if you're looking for advice on how to improve some common sex woes, the medical experts I interviewed have some suggestions.
