I'm an abortion provider. I won't be silenced by Congress.
Over the last week, we have had a front-row seat to the desperation for power and control that exists within the anti-abortion political establishment – political theater to which no one purchased a ticket.
We cannot become distracted by the dramatic behavior of the narrow-majority party in the U.S. House of Representatives, because while Republicans struggled to unify around selecting their leadership, they have made it clear that their first order of business is to further attack abortion rights and control our bodies.
