We asked followers on Twitter what their solutions for problems in Congress would be. Comments edited for clarity and grammar:

No donations should be allowed or collected during congressional sessions or before the deadline to register as a candidate.
—@keithistre
Have elected officials pay for their own health care and taxes.
—@PastorGregI

—@OrangeHornet

—@Moonlitechirp
Congress needs a fixed salary based on the U.S. average and pay-for-performance incentives.
—@BrianSureck
Everything is a negotiation, not a collaboration, so good ideas get "bargained out" of the final solutions.
—@TommyBrolsma
