#tellusatoday: Do you agree with Obama's gun proposal?

We asked our followers on Twitter whether they agreed with President Obama's proposals on gun control. Comments are edited for clarity and grammar:

I agree with strengthening current laws with tougher penalties. We need a universal background check. I also agree with involvement of the mental health community.
