Stressed? Cheer up, but life's not easy: #tellusatoday
Many people are feeling stressed these days. Adults 18-33 are more likely to have depression and anxiety, a survey showed last week. Comments from Twitter and Facebook:
I'm a Millennial. My motto: Simplify and stay positive. My anchor is my faith. "Too blessed to be stressed."

As a Millennial, take the focus off yourself. Millions of people lived before you and will live after you. Keep perspective.

Our generation is more aware of problems this world faces. And cares more. But is ill equipped to do anything about it. It is stressful.

I tell the college students I speak to that when they graduate and get paychecks to still live like they are in college. Pay debt off.

Suck it up. It doesn't get any easier. These kids are far too babied. And it really does NOT get any easier after college!

Learn a second language. Learn to save money. Don't stop learning.
— @costaricanick
These kids were brought up by "helicopter parents" giving them everything money can buy. This is the result of everyone getting a trophy and not learning to lose. Life is tough, and these kids aren't prepared. Can't find a job with high student loan debt? All of a sudden, life isn't going the way they're use to. Welcome to the real world.

I wish them the best. Cheer up. It's not as bad as you think, at least you are young. There will be plenty to worry about later on.
