Punchlines: Opening ceremony and ... bathrooms?

Few things went wrong during the opening ceremony of the Sochi Winter Olympics (the fifth ring not opening stands out in many minds), which pulled on the artistic traditions of ballet and opera that the country is known for to tell its history. This is in great contrast to the plethora of other things in the Olympic village that seemed to be going wrong in the lead up to the event. At least one of these things showed during Friday's opener. Did you know, as one comedian informs us, that the fireworks were caused by someone plugging in a hair dryer? And apparently there were special toilets made for the Jamaican bobsled team (very creative if not inconvenient).
