Food labels can only help: Your Say
The FDA recently announced new rules that require food establishments with 20 or more locationsto post the calories in each of their items. Comments from Facebook are edited for clarity and grammar:
This move sounds good, but it is probably a fool's mission by the Food and Drug Administration. I read calorie information when it is available, but I already am health conscious.

Any place serving food should be required to display nutritional facts. Nutritional facts should include the ingredients used, for allergy reasons, the calories, the amount of sugar and more.
