It's been 107 years since the Chicago Cubs have won the World Series. And the losing streak continues.

The New York Mets beat out the Cubs 4 to 0 in the National League Championship Series, knocking the Cubs out of World Series contention. Conan O'Brien brought a special guest onto his show to cheer up Cubs fans (take a look at the video above to find out which long-time television host made a special appearance).  And Jimmy Kimmel was all about the New York Mets, pointing out that Wednesday night's victory was a chance for them to break their losing streak. That team hasn't won the World Series since 1986 when the world was different and people thought Crocodile Dundee was actually a good move.
