Punchlines: Voter fraud is OK if you're an elected official

If voter ID laws are intended to prevent fraud, then perhaps it's state legislators, not their constituents, who are most in need of ID restrictions.

At least that's John Oliver's take. The Last Week Tonight host and late-night comic points out the fraudulent practice of "ghost voting" during legislative sessions in states like Texas, where politicians have called for some of the most restrictive voter ID laws in the country.  What would you do if you saw a state legislator log votes for politicians who weren't on the floor (in one case a dead politician voted on three different pieces of legislation)? Oliver calls for ID requirements before every legislative vote. He also tells us what ghosts would rather be doing near the end of today's Punchlines, above.

And Saturday Night Live's Colin Jost and Michael Che take a look at the most recent Republican and Democratic debates in today's political roundup.
