Religious freedom and transgender bathroom fight: Second look
Letter to the editor:
I’m not sure how people can defend a baker’s right to not serve a customer who follows a different lifestyle but go on to complain that people of religious convictions are losing their right to live their lives based on their religious principles. We are talking about buying a cake — or any product that is for sale in a store open to the public. I cannot imagine going into a bakery and asking the baker what his or her religion is before buying a cake. Who is forcing beliefs on whom?

Letter to the editor:
Agenda-driven lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender advocates have complicated the simple task of using the restroom. In order to gain a social advantage, they are pretending to be mentally distressed over choosing the appropriate restroom. That is why North Carolina is under siege. Moreover, the restroom charade has been elevated to national prominence because hedonistic celebrities and corporations have sided with the motley crew of sex-gender lunatics. For this reason, it is time for a Biology 101 intervention for those who claim to be confused about which restroom to choose.
