It seems that it’s hard not to get arrested for anything while black in Baltimore these days.

At least that’s late-night comic Larry Wilmore’s interpretation of the recent Department of Justice report on city police.  It’s one thing for the department to be so corrupt, it’s another for it to be so obvious.  Find out what cops did during a ride-along with the DOJ that made Wilmore question whether being arrested for sitting while black and talking while black will become the new normal.

And Trevor Noah tests the limits of body cameras as he wonders why they work for police only when they are collecting evidence against anyone but themselves.
