Punchlines: Speeding out of Speedos

Perhaps the biggest question most Americans have for Olympic medal-winner Ryan Lochte is, why? Why in the world would you risk your athletic standing and career for what amounted to an immature, drunken prank? And why, knowing the damage you'd already done (both physically and in terms of your reputation), would you turn around and lie (oh sorry, "over exaggerate") about it?
The scandal (Lochte and three other Olympic athletes vandalized a Rio gas station and then concocted a story about being robbed at gun-point) caused late-night comic Stephen Colbert to come up with the hashtag #fratboytragic. That comparison actually came from a much more positive (and real) hashtag floating around Twitter that praised female athletes. Find out what it was in today's Punchlines, above.
And Jimmy Kimmel talks about Lochte's dropped sponsors, Speedo being one of them. Find out why the late-night comic says Americans should be used to this kind of behavior by now.
