That's the formula that late-night comics have come up with to take down North Korea's Kim Jong Un. And it's Donald Trump that they think is qualified, based on the criteria above, to confront the dictator. After the North Korean leader conducted another nuclear test on Friday, late-night comic Jimmy Kimmel says someone should quickly compliment the politician's new glasses and weight loss so he doesn't attempt to take out the West Coast.
