Trump-Putin bromance is getting out of hand: Your Say
Readers respond to President Obama’s sanctions on Russia.
Letter to the editor:
Ronald Reagan (Republicans’ favorite president) would be spinning in his grave if he knew President-elect Donald Trump was ignoring Homeland Security, the FBI and the CIA, and giving Russian President Vladimir Putin a pass after they uncovered proof that Russian hackers attempted to tilt our presidential elections. I wonder if Trump would’ve ignored our intelligence agency experts if the malware was designed to help Hillary Clinton?
Foreign policy experts in both parties applauded President Obama’s economic sanctions and expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats in retaliation. But I guess Trump didn’t read the report on Russian hacking. Or he’s so interested in maintaining his business interests with Russia and the Ukraine that he doesn’t want to agitate Putin.
But you know what happens when you allow a tyrant to get away with an egregious act like interfering with another country’s elections? They escalate and problems become worse.
Trump told Putin to wait until he’s in office. I bet Putin’s having a difficult time waiting!

President Obama, a lame duck president, is falsely accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of hacking our presidential elections and therefore risking the lives of million of Americans in a game of “nuclear chicken” with Russia. All because the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election.
Somebody should give Obama a coloring book; his childlike temper tantrum could get us all killed. I’m glad Obama and Clinton aren’t going to be near the red button anymore.

So now we have a soon-to-be president who chooses Russian bootlicking over diplomacy via a position of power? Another charlatan that lied to get elected!
