We're used to Pennsylvania's Punxsutawney Phil seeing (or not) his shadow every year (although late-night comic Trevor Noah, who is originally from Africa, has a hard time explaining the meaning behind the annual tradition to folks back home), but this year the groundhog made a few political predictions. And his non-scientific approach to the weather, James Corden explains, won Punxsutawney a spot on President Trump's special climate change committee.
