Let's hope Michael Flynn didn't blink during his tenure as national security adviser. If he did, he probably missed the record he set for shortest time in service.
The former Army intelligence officer resigned after 24 days on the job following an apparent tangle of lies to Vice President Mike Pence and inappropriate conversations with Russia about easing sanctions.
So what's Flynn's next step? According to the former Trump administration official's own words, it should be the slammer. During the Republican National Convention, Flynn criticized former secretary of State Hillary Clinton saying that if he had done a fraction of the things she did, he would be in jail. Then, Flynn echoed chants from the RNC crowd, who shouted "lock her up!" Late-night comic Jimmy Kimmel's solution? Lock Flynn up!
