Trevor Noah and Conan O'Brien on Trump's not so new Afghanistan strategy in Best of Late Night

The saying that everything old is new again certainly applies to President Trump's recently outlined strategy for "winning" in Afghanistan. The only thing that separated his plan, delivered in a speech Monday night, from former President Obama's was the lack of an end date and specific numbers on troop levels. Trevor Noah points out the similarities, then adds a familiar Big Bang Theory catchphrase. Of course, Trump copies that, too. 

But it turns out the president isn't just stealing from his predecessor, he's also pulling some moves from Yoda. Conan O'Brien explains in Punchlines, above.
