So, who has a higher IQ: Secretary of State Rex Tillerson or President Trump? The late-night comics put their money on Tillerson, with Jimmy Kimmel confirming that he would pay to see the bout. He even predicted Kellyanne Conway's post-battle explanation for a Trump loss. Take a look at Best of Late Night, above, to find out what Conway would say.
