Why isn't the State of the Union happening? The comics tell us in Best of Late Night.

It was a victory, even if a small one according to late-night comic Stephen Colbert.
President Donald Trump backed down and decided not to give the State of the Union address next week — an event that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had already cancelled because of the government shutdown.
What does that make Pelosi? The woman who can declare victory. What does it have to do with 2016? Take a look at today's Best of Late Night, above, to find out.
And it turns out that Trump has a special nickname for Pelosi. Jimmy Fallon reveals what it is. It may sound a bit familiar.
