Fallon reveals why first Democratic debate will be held at Taco Bell at 2 a.m.

It's only March and there are already an overwhelming number of Democrats who have either formally announced their candidacy for president in 2020, or who are very openly weighing the possibilities of a run. 

But where do they all stand on legalizing marijuana? Late-night comic Jimmy Fallon reveals that there are more candidates who are for it than you might think. And that free pass for pot may lead to a debate in the oddest of places. Fallon explains how Taco Bell at 2 a.m. works its way into the mix. 

Colin Jost of "Saturday Night Live" compares Michael Cohen's recent appearance before the House Oversight Committee to a popular internet photo. And Weekend Update co-host Michael Che compares Kim Jong Un's sister to a once-popular icon that got lost frequently in the 1990s.
