Colbert apologizes for Trump's 'terrible' presidency in Best of Late Night

So special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation report was finally released. And Attorney General William Barr summarized it for the nation. The bottom line: Mueller found that there was no collusion between President Donald Trump and Russia during the 2016 presidential election.
So what does that mean? For some, according to late-night comic Stephen Colbert, it means that the folks who may have speculated in the wrong direction owe the president an apology. And Colbert issues one. It's probably not one the president wants to hear.
