I think it's a pretty safe bet to say that President Donald Trump isn't waiting for Congress. He's been on an executive order tear since entering the White House, signing more than 100, and shows no signs of letting up.

We were reminded of his love for executive orders on Tuesday, when he signed one that requires proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.

The second part of that also requires that ballots be in by Election Day. It's an obvious continuation of the election results denying that he made part of his 2024 platform.

This is the kind of thing Congress is typically tasked with sorting out.

But instead of writing a column where I insert my opinion, like pointing out it's already illegal for noncitizens to vote and there is almost zero evidence of voter fraud, I think it's best just to ask you all how you feel about this and how you feel about Trump's use of the executive order.

Is Trump using executive orders too much?
