As a 55-year-old half African-American and half Latino-American, what I have found is when a person is being pulled over by a police officer, as long as they are polite, respectful and comply with requests, they will rarely run into trouble. Most of the time, a person is either ticketed or they are not, and that's about it. Police officers are human beings, and it is always about approach.
