A 9-month-old and her pup share a special daily ritual filled with giggles, playful barks and pure joy.
From day one, baby Arya’s furry big brother, Ziggy — a 2-year-old Jack Russell terrier — has been by her side.
“He worries and runs over if Arya is crying; he stresses out if she is in the bathtub (his worst nightmare), and he lays in bed with her for every nap and bedtime,” said their mom Jess.
But it is their evening antics that truly show their bond. “I call it their ‘bedtime zoomies’ because they always play chase and get wild right before we start getting ready for bedtime,” Jess said. These pre-sleep shenanigans have become a household highlight in their Appleton, Wisconsin, home.
This time, the pint-sized partners in fun engage in an adorable game of chase.
