See stray dogs from Puerto Rico fly to new families
Dozens of stray dogs flew straight into the hearts of their new families.
Thanks to a partnership between The Sato Project and RetrievAir, 37 stray dogs from Puerto Rico touched down at Morristown Municipal Airport in New Jersey to be matched with waiting adoptive families.
According to The Sato Project, an estimated 650,000 stray dogs roam the streets of Puerto Rico. The organization has spent more than a decade working to address the overpopulation crisis and find homes for as many dogs as possible. Now 37 more have new homes!
