Video: David Bowie releases a new clip

Last night David Bowie released another single and video from his forthcoming album, The Next Day.

This time around, we're treated to an upbeat rock track; the previous one, Where Are We Now?, was more meditative and introspective. Directed by Floria Sigismondi — she directed 2010's The Runaways with Kristen Stewart — The Stars (Are Out Tonight) stars Bowie and Tilda Swinton as a ho-hum married couple whose lives are shaken by a young 'n' pretty celebrity couple.

I think the song is excellent, and I love how the video is simultaneously strange, sexy and grotesque. The lyrics are available on Bowie's Facebook page:
