Exclusive: Doogie Horner's 'Game of Thrones' ghosts

My favorite ghosts in pop culture tend to be the cute ones: the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Adam and Barbara from Beetlejuice, Casper, you get the idea.

Artist Doogie Horner seems to feel the same way. In his new book, 100 Ghosts: A Gallery of Harmless Haunts (Quirk Books), Horner transforms 100 pop-culture icons, from Marilyn Monroe to R2-D2, into adorable, sheet-wearing specters.
