If there's one cult icon who deserves the documentary treatment, I'd say it's Divine.

With I Am Divine, the drag superstar and muse of John Waters is celebrated by the friends and colleagues who knew him best, including Waters, Ricki Lake and Mink Stole. (He died in 1988.) Most of us recognize the performer from his roles in Pink Flamingos, Polyester and Hairspray, but this film also explores his early years as an awkward, overweight kid in Baltimore (birth name: Harris Glenn Milstead).

Today I have an exclusive scene from I Am Divine, in which Waters struggles to recall the origins of Divine's name. I'm also giving away copies of the DVD to three Pop Candy readers. To enter, you must answer this question:

If you were to make a documentary, who/what would be the subject?

Send your entries to popcandy@usatoday.com with the subject line "DIVINE" by April 2 at 4 p.m. ET. Winners will be selected at random.

I Am Divine is out digitally today and arrives on DVD April 8.
