What's the difference between a Club and a Plus membership?
The Club membership provides access to all Sam's Club locations and standard savings. What is the Sam's Club return policy?
Sam’s Club has a 100% membership satisfaction guarantee. Sam's Club will issue a refund or replacement item for pretty much any purchases made online or in-store. Most items can be returned at any time and the exceptions include:
- Return within 90 days: Electronics and major appliances
- Return within 30 days: Commercial heavy equipment and motorsports items
- Return within 14 days: Cellphones (prepaid, postpaid and no contract)
- No returns: Gift cards and prepaid cards, tickets and custom-made items like personalized gifts and photos, purchases made through the Sam's Club Wholesale Trading Program and prescriptions.
Can you shop at Sam's Club without a membership?
Technically, you cannot shop at Sam's Club without a membership. But, non-members can get a one-day guest pass for free to shop at Sam’s Club. The catch: You’ll pay a 10% service fee on your purchases.
