MILWAUKEE — Reggie Upshaw knew as soon as he turned on the TV it was going to be a good day.
As he killed time before Middle Tennessee's first-round game against Minnesota on Thursday, Upshaw came across Space Jam.
"My favorite movie," Upshaw said.

It wasn't on Netflix, he hadn't downloaded it for the trip. It was on regular TV, which Upshaw took as an omen — especially considering he was planning to wear his Air Jordan Space Jam shoes in the game.
Sure enough, he had a game-high 19 points in the 81-72 victory over Minnesota. He had seven in a row late in the second half, putting an end to a Minnesota rally.
