Sweet benefits and big money in college football coaches' contracts
College football coaches keep getting richer, but they're also cashing in on some lucrative perks and bonuses baked into some of their contracts.

Alabama coach Nick Saban is once again the highest-paid coach in college football, a man due to make more than $8.3 million in total compensation in 2018.
But his tutelage has also been quite lucrative for some of his former assistants.
According to Paste BN Sports research, there are 15 Saban disciples working as NFL or Division I head coaches this season, including nine at the Football Bowl Subdivision level. That group – which includes three Southeastern Conference coaches and two others in the Power Five – will make a combined $32.6 million in total compensation in 2018.
