John Cena makes shocking return during WWE's Money in the Bank

John Cena was last seen losing to Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39, and no one knew when he would return.

Even overseas, John Cena is still finding ways to shock WWE.

After Cody Rhodes defeated Dominik Mysterio at Money in the Bank in London, Cena's "The Time is Now" started blaring inside the O2 Arena, sending the crowd into a frenzy as Cena emerged from the tunnel.

Donning his typical gear, it was the first time Cena had appeared on WWE since he lost to Austin Theory for the United States Championship at WrestleMania 39.

"Surprise!" Cena said first.

After acknowledging the fans and saying how much he appreciated the chants and cheers, Cena said he wanted the crowd to show why London deserves to host WrestleMania in the future, which got the crowd more hyped and even louder than before.

"In my mind, there is not a more exciting audience than the audience in the United Kingdom," Cena said. "I'm here right now not for one more match. I'm here because I know when they play those trumpets, people watch them, people listen, and right now, I want to give something to an audience I love."

Grayson Waller gets an attitude adjustment

Grayson Waller emerged and told Cena he was insane for thinking WrestleMania could take place in England, suggesting it be in his home country of Australia. The two went back and forth before Waller hit Cena with a cheap shot.

Before Waller knew it, Cena picked him up and delivered his signature attitude adjustment, taking him out of the ring. Cena's music hit again, and the crowd showed its appreciation for the champ.
