Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James and his son, rookie Bronny James, played alongside each other during an NBA preseason game.
It was a moment literally decades in the making as Bronny actually turned 20 years old the same night as the appearance.
Bronny, who the Lakers selected in the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft, will likely soon become the first player in league history to ever play alongside his father in an NBA regular season game.
However, after the preseason appearance against the Suns, LeBron had a perfect reaction to the moment.
He tweeted the four words: “Wow that was surreal” with a few emphatic emojis following.
All of the words to his tweet were capitalized and he added two exclamation points for emphasis, as well.
Shams is replacing Woj
Once we learned Woj was leaving ESPN, it was only a matter of time
"While it is not exactly a huge surprise, but Shams Charania will replace his former mentor Adrian Wojnarowski as the lead NBA insider at ESPN.
Charania, alongside some interesting internal candidates who already worked for the company, was immediately considered a frontrunner for the position once Woj had shockingly announced he was retiring from sports media to instead work as a general manager for the St. Bonaventure men’s basketball team.
In the aftermath of Woj stepping away from his duties as a reporter, Charania was the obvious choice as his successor and was the first to break some of the biggest stories in recent weeks — including the Karl-Anthony Towns trade to the New York Knicks."
