Who won the 2024 men's Royal Rumble?
Cody Rhodes won his second straight Royal Rumble in 2024. Rhodes became the 10th person to win multiple Royal Rumbles and fourth person to win consecutive ones, joining Hulk Hogan (1990-91), Shawn Michaels (1995-96) and Stone Cold Steve Austin (1997-98).
Will Cody Rhodes be in Royal Rumble 2025?
Rhodes went on to win the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 40, and he still remains champion today. That means it's unlikely he competes in the 2025 Royal Rumble.
He is scheduled to defend his title against Kevin Owens during the Royal Rumble event. If the bout takes place prior to the Royal Rumble match and Rhodes loses, he could technically enter the Rumble itself. The title has been defend in the Royal Rumble match before − in 2016 − but it is unlikely Rhodes does the same.

Bayley, the "Role Model," was the women's winner in 2024 after she entered the match in the No. 3 spot. She set a women's record by lasting 63 minutes and 3 seconds in the match, eliminating seven people during the process.
Will Bayley be in Royal Rumble 2025?
Bayley confirmed she will be in the 2025 Royal Rumble. She will be attempting to become the first woman to win multiple Royal Rumbles as it's been a new winner every time in the seven-year history of the women's match. She could impress further with consecutive victories.
