What are they feeding the kids in Lake Mary, Florida? The Lake Mary baseball team won the 2024 Little League World Series and are playing in the regionals for a place at this year's tournament. Meanwhile, Lake Mary is also competing in the 2025 Little League Softball World Series.

Lake Mary is one of 12 teams from across the globe coming to Greenville, North Carolina to determine the world's best youth softball team. Florida will play in the first game of the double-elimination tournament, taking on the team from Mill Creek, Washington, on Aug. 3.

The LLSWS format features eight U.S. teams and four international teams: one apiece from Canada, Brazil, Japan and Czechia. Lake Mary aren't scheduled to face one of the international teams unless it reaches the championship game Aug. 10. Four days later in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the Lake Mary boys might begin their LLWS title defense.

What channel is the Little League Softball World Series on?

Select games will air on ESPN and ESPN2, with the LLSWS championship game airing on ABC. All games will stream live on ESPN+.

What is the age range for the Little League Softball World Series?

Just like for the baseball version, the Little League Softball World Series includes players between 10 and 12 years old.

Where is the Little League Softball World Series played?

Since 2020, Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park in Greenville, North Carolina, has hosted the Little League Softball World Series. The stadium sits about a mile northeast of the East Carolina University baseball and softball stadiums.
