Donald Trump discusses Melania Trump's starring role in 2005 Aflac commercial

President Donald Trump reminded an Aflac official on Wednesday that First Lady Melania Trump starred in a 2005 commercial for the company.
According to a White House pool report, Trump brought up the advertisement with an Aflac official who was visiting the White House to discuss the tax reform bill.
“Your chairman I know very well, and he’s done a fantastic job,” Trump said. (Dan Amos is Aflac chairman/CEO.) “He actually a long time ago hired my wife (Melania) to do a big commercial, an Aflac commercial, and I think it was a successful commercial, too."
In the 2005 black-and-white ad titled, "Experiment," Melania Trump is touted for her sex appeal by a mad scientist who trades Melania's voice for the Aflac duck's voice.
Melania, who had married Trump earlier in 2005, told AdWeek of the commercial then: "I am very excited to make my acting debut in the latest Aflac commercial. Donald is known for saying, ‘You're fired.' Maybe I will be known for saying, ‘Aflac.'"
