Watch: Post Malone, Shane Gillis and Peyton Manning star in Bud Light Super Bowl spot

There goes the neighborhood!

On Friday, Anheuser-Busch beer Bud Light revealed its commercial that will air during Super Bowl 59. The spot brings together three familiar faces to the brand: singer Post Malone, comedian Shane Gillis and Pro Football Hall of Famer Peyton Manning.

The ad, titled "Big Men on Cul-de-Sac," (or "BMOC" for short) starts with Malone and Gillis as two suburban neighbors enjoying a beverage. When another neighbor laments that he "accidentally just threw a lame party," the stars launch into action – almost literally. Malone and Gillis begin sending invites around the cul-de-sac for the party in the form of Bud Light cans that they've shot out of a leaf blower, repurposed to act like a t-shirt cannon.

Soon after, as Huey Lewis' "The Power of Love" is blasting, the whole neighborhood is in on the fun, including Manning.

"How many Bud Lights can you fit in that puppy?" the two-time Super Bowl champ asks Malone and Gillis, looking over at a truly astonishing piece of engineering: two large coolers and a meat smoker, all attached to the hitch of a riding lawn mower.

"As many Bud Lights as it takes," Gillis replies, to which Manning remarks, "That's a lot of Bud Lights."

Todd Allen, Bud Light's SVP of marketing, explained to Paste BN that the brand enlisted the three stars because, "not only are they the most likeable and hilarious guys around, but also all longtime fans and partners of Bud Light."

"With humor being a staple of Bud Light advertising and the Super Bowl stage, we knew this was the trio that could help us bring to life what I truly believe is one of our funniest spots in years," he continued.

This is Manning's second Super Bowl ad with Bud Light and Gillis' first; the comedian co-directed and starred in a national college football campaign for the brand prior to this spot.

As for Malone, born Austin Post, his relationship with Bud Light dates back to 2017. In addition to appearing in his fourth Bud Light Super Bowl commercial, the music artist will headline a "Bud Light Backyard" one-night-only show in New Orleans, this year's host city for the Big Game. And he may show up with a few extra accolades: between his album "F-1 Trillion" and collaborations with Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, Malone is up for seven Grammys at Sunday's awards show.

"We’re so proud of all we’ve done together over the years," Allen said of the brand's partnership with Malone. "Regardless of what era he’s in, we look forward to delivering epic fan experiences with him for many years to come."
