Pfizer Super Bowl commercial 2025: 'Mama Said Knock You Out' to cancer

A year after making its Super Bowl commercial debut, Pfizer is back with a 60-second spot for the 2025 game featuring a kid fighting cancer like a boxing champion.

Set to LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out," the young patient rings a celebratory bell often used to celebrate the end of cancer treatment, and leaves the hospital with great fanfare. He has a parade through the streets and runs up a set of stairs in a nod to "Rocky," and ultimately reunites with his parents at home.

"It feels good to have my song used for such an important cause. Strength and resilience are at the heart of hip-hop, and they’re just as crucial in the fight against cancer," LL Cool J told People.
