Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao returns to the ring after a four-year hiatus and will face WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios on Saturday, July 19, in Las Vegas.

The 46-year-old Pacquiao enters the ring with a record of 62 wins, 8 losses and 2 draws. His last professional fight was in August 2021, when he lost to Cuba's Yordenis Ugas. Shortly after this defeat, Pacquiao announced his retirement to focus on his political career in the Philippines. Before retiring, he was regarded as one of the greatest boxers of all time, having won 12 titles across eight weight divisions.

Barrios is 16 years younger than Pacquiao and has a record of 29 wins, one draw and two losses. His most recent fight was against Abel Ramos on the undercard of the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson event in November 2024. The match was intense, featuring heavy blows, and ultimately ended in a split decision draw.
