Arkansas to open baseball regional against Liberty


FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — The University of Arkansas baseball team is set to open play in the NCAA Charlottesville Regional at Davenport Field in Charlottesville, Virginia, against Liberty University.

The No. 2-seeded Razorbacks and No. 3-seeded Flames are to play starting at 6 p.m. Friday with the game to be broadcast on ESPNU.

Also in the regional are the No. 1 seed and host Virginia and No. 4-seeded Bucknell.
