A college baseball player had the game of a lifetime — in just one inning.

Liam McFadden-Ackman, an infielder for Northern Kentucky, slugged two grand slams in the first inning of Sunday's game against Western Michigan.

Two grand slams.

In the same inning.

By the same player.

The junior accounted for eight of the 14 runs produced by the Norse in the opening frame. And he wasn't done yet.

"I kind of blacked out there if I'm being honest with you," McFadden-Ackman told WCPO Cincinnati. "But it was great to come back to the dugout and celebrate with my guys.

"It's one of the best days at the ballpark you can have."

McFadden-Ackman took a break from hitting it over the fence and completed the cycle by the sixth inning — adding a single, double and triple to his box score.

McFadden-Ackman went 5 for 6 with four runs scored and 10 RBIs. The Norse won the game 27-4.
