There are only two programs left in the first iteration of the 12-team College Football Playoff.

Notre Dame will face Ohio State in the national championship. The Fightin' Irish defeated the Penn State Nittany Lions in the Orange Bowl while OSU beat Texas in the Cotton Bowl to claim the second spot.

Notre Dame is led by the dynamic running duo of Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price, while quarterback Riley Leonard is an experienced dual-threat quarterback. It's supported by a strong defense that's only allowed 14.3 points per game all season.

Ohio State also has two explosive running backs. TreVeyon Henderson, who had a reception for a touchdown Friday, and Quinshon Judkins, who scored twice, shined in the win over Texas.
