Jordy Bahl NCAA softball regional stats: Superstar dominates NCAA Tournament's first weekend
Jordy Bahl was back to doing Jordy Bahl things in the NCAA softball tournament as she dominated the Baton Rouge Regional.
As a result of that, Nebraska softball is moving on to the Super Regionals for the first time in over a decade.
In the Cornhuskers' 8-0 regional-clinching win Sunday against Southeastern Louisiana, Bahl's presence was felt all over the diamond as she hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the first while striking out 10 in six complete innings of work.
The Cornhuskers will now travel to Rocky Top to take on No. 7 national seed Tennessee in the best-of-three Knoxville Super Regional series, where Bahl will now be tasked with sending Nebraska back to the WCWS for the first time since 2013.
