There was perhaps no hotter team in the regional round of the NCAA softball tournament than Florida.
Spearheaded by their ace, Keagan Rothrock, and leading hitter, Kendra Falby, the No. 3 nationally seeded Gators picked up three run-rule wins in the Gainesville Regional against Mercer (twice) and Florida Atlantic to advance one step closer to returning to the Women's College World Series.
Florida will now take on its SEC foe, Georgia, in the best-of-three Gainesville Super Regional series, where Tim Walton's squad will look to punch their ticket to Oklahoma City for the second consecutive season.

Georgia came out of the Durham Regional, where the Bulldogs upset No. 14 national seed Duke 5-2 in the "if necessary" regional championship game on Sunday to advance to their fourth Super Regional in the last five NCAA Tournaments.
The best-of-three Super Regional series between Florida and Georgia gets underway on Friday, May 23 at 11 a.m. ET at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium in Gainesville, Florida. The winner of the series will advance to Oklahoma City and the Women's College World Series.

Tickets for the Gainesville Super Regional between Florida and Georgia will be made available on SeatGeek, Ticketmaster and Vivid Seats. Single-game tickets are not live yet on SeatGeek and Ticketmaster at the time of this writing, with the latter set to become available at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 20 at 10 a.m. ET.
