The entire fantasy season has come down to this. Week 13 is the regular season finale in most leagues, which means the results on Sunday (and Monday night) will determine which teams earn those coveted playoff berths ... and which ones are left out in the cold.

The lineup decisions fantasy owners must make before kickoff this week are the most important ones of the year. Can Jonathan Stewart and Cam Newton of the Carolina Panthers be the keys to victory Sunday night in Seattle?
