Here are some of the injury questions that will impact fantasy owners the most in Week 7:

All players designated as questionable unless otherwise noted.

Fantasy rankings: How the players stack up at each position

QB Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

A sprained shoulder forced Winston out of Sunday's game after only 15 plays. An exam revealed no structural damage, but he'll take things easy this week in practice and try to go on Sunday at Buffalo. He'll likely be a game-time decision and probably not 100% if he does play. Look elsewhere for your starter.

RB Leonard Fournette, Jacksonville Jaguars

The rookie sensation spent some time on the sidelines last week with an ankle injury, opening the door for Chris Ivory to catch 10 passes and score a touchdown. The sprain doesn't appear to be anything major, so even if he isn't going through drills during the week he should be good to go at Indianapolis.

WR Stefon Diggs, Minnesota Vikings

The groin injury that kept Diggs out last weekend has shown only limited improvement. Adam Thielen will once again be Case Keenum's primary target, but another missed game for Diggs would put Laquon Treadwell and possibly Michael Floyd in play as deep sleepers vs. Baltimore.

RB Bilal Powell, New York Jets

Powell returned to the practice field on Wednesday after missing Week 6 against the New England Patriots with a calf injury. Matt Forte will likely get most of the touches anyway at Miami after he caught eight passes and accounted for 81 total yards as the team's primary back. Powell's return would mostly impact rookie Elijah McGuire.

WR DeVante Parker, Miami Dolphins

An ankle injury has kept Parker out of action since Week 5 and he still hasn't returned to the field. Barring an unexpected recovery, the Dolphins will likely use Jarvis Landry as their main downfield target and double up at tight end with Julius Thomas and Anthony Fasano. Against the Jets, it could also mean a heavier workload for RB Jay Ajayi.

WR Sterling Shepard, New York Giants

Shepard sat out Sunday night's game at Denver, but returned to practice on Wednesday. That's great news for Eli Manning owners -- and for the Giants offense in general. He'll be Manning's No. 1 wideout with the rest of the receiving corps decimated by injuries.

WR Emmanuel Sanders, Denver Broncos (out)

As mentioned in the waiver wire piece earlier in the week, the ankle sprain Sanders suffered on Sunday night will keep him out of Week 7's clash with the Los Angeles Chargers. Demaryius Thomas is dealing with a leg injury of his own, so look for Week 1 standout Bennie Fowler to start and be much more involved in the game plan.
