Cardale Jones has perfect response to backup QB

Cardale Jones may not be putting on the Ohio State uniform on on Saturdays, but that doesn't mean he's not still sticking up for his alma mater.

The former Ohio State QB responded to Oklahoma backup QB Austin Kendall's headline-making comments about the Buckeyes' defense with a tweet on Friday. He simultaneously poked fun at Kendall's claims Ohio State has a "basic defense" and his own ill-advised tweet years ago that he wasn't at Ohio State to go to class.

The Buckeyes and Sooners face off at 7:30 on Fox on Saturday.
