Raiders punter wants a GoFundMe to pay for fine
Raiders punter Marquette King made a touchdown-saving tackle during Oakland's loss Sunday to the Atlanta Falcons. He's already prepared to pay for it … with some help.
King was flagged for a blatant horse-collar tackle, which stopped Eric Weems from a sure touchdown return. The Falcons settled for a field goal on that drive.
Though the league has not announced its fines yet, King will likely receive a notice from the league because that was as dangerous as horse-collar tackles get. In preparation for that fine, King tweeted that he's going to set up a GoFundMe page.
I'm sure people will donate to King's cause, but he did recently sign a five-year, $16.5 million contract. King doesn't necessarily need Raider Nation's help.
